CID registers case in alleged irregularities in PG Medical Entrance Test

On the directions of the Governor, the CID that began its investigation in the alleged PG Medical Entrance test paper leakage has registered a case u/s 120 B, 420 along Public Examination Act. Six teams have been formed and are investigating in different angles and at different places like Vijayawada, Guntur, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bangalore. It is wait and watch whether they would be in a position to submit the report before April 16 the day the counseling will begin for admission.
Meanwhile junior Doctors association former president wanted to conduct the counseling after completion of a probe or conduct a fresh entrance test.
Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences Vice Chancellor Dr. Ravi Raju said that the Indian Medical Council has put July 7 as the deadline for completion of the counseling process for PG admission.
Meanwhile, eleven rankers who had graduated from donation colleges outside Andhra Pradesh such as Gulburga, Bellary, Pondicherry and two students who graduated from China are under the eyes of the investigating agency.
