Government abolishes all committees including TTD’, says Minister Palle Raghunath Reddy

Minister for Information and Technology, Palle Raghunath Reddy speaking to media on Friday after the AP State Cabinet meeting said the meeting has decided to lift the ban on transfers of all employees in the State.

The State Cabinet has decided to abolish all committees in existence including that of Endowments and TTD along with nominated posts.

He said that the AP Assembly sessions would be convened on August 16 and the AP State Budget would be placed on August 18.

It is decided to constitute a three-member committee to study for establishing of Anna canteens across the State.

On IT policy, the cabinet has decided that small IT projects would be given 25 per cent subsidy on power up to 50 lakhs for a period of 5 years and for this Rs.500 crore have been earmarked in the budge. Total reimbursement of Stamp duty, registration duty will be given to the entrepreneurs. Women entrepreneurs, SC/ST entrepreneurs, they will be given reservations of 15 per cent incubation centres and commercial spaces and recruitment assistance of Rs.20,000 per employee will be given. It has also decided to reimburse 25 per cent of amount of their basic investment.
