Two Cabinent Ministers submit resignations to Governor

Minister for Infrastructure and Investment Ganta Srinivasa Rao and Minister for Law E Pratap Reddy on Monday submitted their resignatioins to the Governor ESL Narasimhan opposing the bifrucation of the State in tune with the aspirations of the people of Seemandhra.
They met the Governor at Raj Bhavan and submitted resignations with a request to accept them. The Governor said that he would send the resignations to the Chief Minster and act according to his recommendation. Sbad: Opposing the proposed bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, two cabinet ministers from Seemandhra Monday submitted their resignations to Governor ESL Narasimhan. Both of them said that they would continue as MLAs of the Assembly to vote against bifurcation of the Satte when it comes up in the House. Earlier in the day, they met the Chief Minister and requested him to accept their resignations. Ganta Srinivasa Rao said that the Chief Minister advised them to wait for a couple of days to take a collective decesion. Both minister said they would continue as members of the state legislative assembly to vote against formation of separate Telangana state when a resolution is brought before the house.
