Polytechnic lecturers to join counselling duties from Wednesday

Polytechnic lecturers who are boycotting the Engineering counselling duties in all the 13 districts of Seemandhra have decided to join duties from Wednesday.
Technical Education Commissioner Ajay Jain said that they have agreed to join duties and the department has agreed to look into their demands on promotions and other pending issues favorably. With their back to duties, the certificate verification is likely to pick up as all the 38 centres will work full fledge. The said that a review of the whole process will be done on August 30 and the date will be announced for opening the web options so that students can give their choices.
As on Tuesday as many as 11,512 students got their certificates verified of which 5,461 were from Telangana region and the rest form Seemandhra region, he said.
