Kiran Kumar Reddy cites united state for achieving substantial progress

Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy has invoked the State bifurcation issue at the official Andhra Pradesh Formation Day celebrations in Hyderabad. Speaking on the occasion, Kiran Kumar has said that Andhra Pradesh was able to achieve substantial progress as it has remained united. He also reminded that the former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi had been a staunch integrationist. Kiran Kumar Reddy is a staunch supporter of a united State and has been expressing his opposition against bifurcation of the State.
Kiran Kumar Reddy also lauded leaders like PV Narasimha Rao and Neelam Sanjeeva Reddy who hailed from Andhra Pradesh and steered the nation. The State of Andhra Pradesh is the first State that was formed on the basis of a common language.
Kiran Kumar Reddy received the salute at the ceremonial parade. He also unfurled the national flag on the occasion.
