- MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi is being questioned on the second day in connection to the alleged hate speech he delivered in Nirmal and Nizamabad last month. Akbaruddin is accompanied by his lawyers Akbar Hussain and Balaraj at the time of questioning.
- The AIYF leaders have protested the failure of the state government in resolving the problems of the people of the state. They burnt the effigy of the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy in a Bhogi fire. AIYF State Secretary Kumar Swamy lashed out against the government saying that the Centre is considering increasing the gas prices again.
- Kovurru SI and constables were attacked when they tried to stop a bull race.
