64th Republic Day celebrated in the State

The political parties in the State have celebrated the 64th Republic Day at their respective party offices in Hyderabad. Pradesh Congress Committee president Botcha Satyanarayana unfurled the national flag at Gandhi Bhavan on the occasion of Republic Day.

Telugu Desam Party vice-president Inugaala Peddireddy unfurled the national flag at the party office at NTR Trust Bhavan in Hyderabad. Addressing the party workers, Peddi Reddy lashed out against the ruling Congress party saying that the Congress is trying to gain political advantage by delaying decision on the Telangana statehood issue. He reiterated that it is the ruling party's responsibility to resolve the Telangana crisis.

At the Telangana Rashtra Samithi party office, party leader Nayani Narasimha Reddy garlanded the Telangana Talli statue and unfurled the national flag.

Bharatiya Janata Party senior leader M Venkaiah Naidu unfurled the national flag at the party office in Hyderabad. CPM State Secretary BV Raghavulu and CPI State Secretary K Narayana unfurled the national flag's at their party headquarters in Hyderabad. YSR Congress Party leader Bajireddy Govardhan also kicked off the Republic Day celebrations at the party office by unfurling the national flag.
