Kiran Kumar Reddy meets Governor

November 29, 2010 - Hyderabad

Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy left his Lake View office to meet the Governor ESL Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan at about 3:40 PM. While the exact reason for his visit isn't disclosed yet, reports are out that he might have submitted the list of members who will be in his cabinet. As decided earlier, it appears that the new cabinet of Kiran Kumar Reddy will take oath on Wednesday.

After returning back to his Lake View office, KKR has held discussions with MLAs who are with his immediate reach. The meeting gained significance in the wake of Jagan Mohan Reddy's resignation this morning.

Meanwhile, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has enhanced the security to the office of Praja Rajyam Party in the wake of minor attacks by supporters of Jagan Mohan Reddy in various locations.

Member of Parliament from Anakapalli, Sabbam Hari expressed his dissatisfaction at the possible inclusion of Praja Rajyam Party in Kiran Kumar Reddy's cabinet. He said that he, along with three other MPs will take a serious move if Congress invites and includes PRP in the cabinet.

The Praja Rajyam Party Polit bureau will meet at 5 PM today to discuss the latest developments in the changed political scenario in the state. This special meeting will be attended by the party MLAs, MPs and other senior leaders.
