Charges for their involvement in LLM Examination malpractices


The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Wednesday suspended five judicial officers whose names figured in the controversy pertaining to malpractices while writing the LL.M Examination held at the Kakatiya University Arts College in Warangal.

The suspended judicial officers are Ajitsimha Rao, senior civil judge, Vijayender Reddy, second additional district judge of Ranga Reddy district M Kistappa, senior civil judge of Anantapur, Srinivasachary, senior civil judge of Bapatla and Hanumantha Rao, additional junior civil judge of Warangal.

The high court was informed that their names figured in the list of persons who were debarred in malpractices in the examination centre. Chief Justice Nisar Mohamad Kakru called for a preliminary report and as per the due procedure, these officers were kept under suspension.
