Father of Ayesha files complaint against him


The Hyderabad City police has registered a cheating case against Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik. The case is registered based on a complaint filed by Mohammed Siddiqui, father of Ayesha. The case is registered under the Sections 420 (cheating), 498-A (dowry harassment) and 506 (criminal intimidation). The police said that they will begin the investigation after verifying the facts of the complaint. Siddiqui, in his complaint, accused the cricketer of cheating her daughter Ayesha who claimed to be the wife of Shoaib Malik.

Meanwhile, Shoaib Malik spoke to media persons in Hyderabad. "Sania Mirza knows the truth and the family members from both sides are all happy about my wedding which is going to take place in Hyderabad on April 15,", he said. Malik said that Sania Mirza will continue playing tennis for India and that he will represent Cricket for Pakistan. In the statement released, Shoaib Malik said that there was no valid nikah and that he was pressured by the Ayesha's family into it.
