Protests against raw deal

Hyderabad, June 18, 2006

The seat sharing talks between Congress and Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) turned sour on Sunday evening when a former Minister of TRS K. Surender Reddy tendered his resignation from the party protesting against the raw deal to him in allotment of seats in the native Medchal Assembly of Ranga Reddy district. He walked out of the meeting and faxed his resignation to the party president K.Chandra Sekhara Rao.
