Yuvraj and Harbhajan named in probables for World Twenty20 Championships

Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh who was sidelined from cricket from a rare germ cell cancer has been picked in the probables for the ICC World Twenty20 Championships in Sri Lanka. The BCCI has released the list of 30 probables for the Twenty20 World Cup which starts in September. Spinner Harbhajan Singh, who was dropped due to poor form is also making a comeback. The final 15 players who will travel to Sri Lanka will be named in August.

Yuvraj Singh will play competitive cricket in Buchi Babu tournament in Chennai in mid-August. He is currently working hard to get to match fitness by training at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore. The probables list has two uncapped players – Ambati Rayudu and Mandeep Singh. They are included following their performances in the 2012 season of Indian Premier League.
