Shane Warne and Liz Hurley attend charity cricket match

June 19, 2012 - London

Shane Warne was accompanied by fiance Elizabeth Hurley, as he played in a charity cricket match in Oxfordshire on Sunday afternoon, in aid of Wellbeing of Women.

The couple were seen enjoying the game from the sidelines and mingling with other guests, including broadcaster Piers Morgan and his wife Celia Walden, during the drinks reception at Chippinghurst Manor.

Although it was a good game, according to the couple's and Morgan's Twitter feeds, the weather was most certainly not on their sides.

The game even had to be moved to The Wormsley Park estate in Buckinghamshire after flooding changed the location from Chippinghurst Manor, the Daily Mail reported.

"Was reminded of my own favourite maxim: no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate dressing. Just had an hour long bath to defrost," Hurley tweeted afterwards.

The couple were accompanied by her son Damian at the charity match, with the former cricketer posting on his Twitter page the previous day that he was "proud" of how his children had accepted his fiance and her son.

"I'm so lucky to have 3 amazing children.. They make me so proud and have adapted so well to the situation that has been thrust upon them !!" he tweeted.

"My 3 children have also accepted @ElizabethHurley and her son Damian we have all enjoyed blending our families and are all very happy..

"They have made the best of a tough situation and have accepted everything.. Thanks for being so wonderful guys, love you so much..." he wrote.

The cricket match was held in aid of Wellbeing of Women - a charity "dedicated to improving the health of women and babies, to make a difference to everybody's life today and tomorrow."
