Coleen Rooney takes son Kai and parents to Barbados for holiday

February 26, 2012 - London

Coleen Rooney jetted off to Barbados with son Kai and parents Tony and Colette, just a month after her Miami trip.

Being a proud owner of a 5-million-pound home in the Caribbean island, Manchester United ace Wayne Rooney's wife wasted no time in hitting the beach with her little tot, taking him into the sea and letting the waters splash against his legs.

Coleen, 25, caught some rays on a sun lounger, wearing a patterned black and white bikini that showed off her toned physique.

For her walk down to the seafront she wore a beach dress with all over print comprised different fruits.

She kept a keen eye on the seawater as she waited with her son for the tide to come and splash against him.

Wayne and Coleen's holiday home was completed in 2010, the stunning whitewashed villa is situated on the island's 500-acre Royal Westmoreland development, which is already home to some familiar celebrity faces, the Daily Mail reported.

Ex-boxing champion Joe Calzaghe, Wayne's team-mate Rio Ferdinand, Gary Lineker, cricketer Freddie Flintoff, and TV hosts Ant and Dec all already own homes there.

The six bedroom villa comes with an infinity pool and breathtaking sea views from the bedroom, and the living room areas.

The couple often visit their holiday home, understandably utilising the beautiful villa, which has a colonial design.
