On-fire Berdych says he doesnt fear anyone following giant-killing spree

Ahead of Sundays Wimbledon final showdown against Rafael Nadal, giant-killer Tomas Berdych has said that he doesnt fear anyone following his performances to beat Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic.

London, June 30: Ahead of Sunday's Wimbledon final showdown against Rafael Nadal, giant-killer Tomas Berdych has said that he doesn't fear anyone following his performances to beat Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic.

The first Czech men's singles finalist at Wimbledon since Ivan Lendl in 1986 and 1987, Berdych proved that his 6-3 3-6 6-1 6-4 victory over Federer in the quarterfinal was no fluke, as he defeated World No. 2 Djokovic in straight sets, 6-3 7-6 6-3.

"After those two wins, I don't fear anyone. I'm certainly not done yet," The Daily Star quoted Berdych, as saying.

"It's a great feeling to be in the final and I just hope I have some energy still left for the last one," he added.

The 24-year-old further termed the Wimbledon as the biggest tournament for him, and said that he was excited to be in the final.

"The feeling is absolutely amazing. It is really tough to describe. Every young kid, from the first time he hits the ball and thinks to be a tennis player, this is the dream to be in the final of any Grand Slam," Berdych said.

The only Czech to win the men's title was Jan Kodes in 1973.
