The hearing of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman, Dr. Nasim Ashrafs damages claim against the fast bowler Shoaib has been adjourned until May 16.

Lahore, May 3 : The hearing of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman, Dr. Nasim Ashraf's damages claim against the fast bowler Shoaib has been adjourned until May 16.

According to The News, Lahore Civil Court Judge, Hina Muzaffar has issued notices to both the parties for appearing in the court on May 16. PCB lawyer, Tafazzul Rizvi appeared on behalf of Dr. Nasim Ashraf, while none appeared on behalf of Shoaib Akhtar.

PCB lawyer, Tafazzul Rizvi during the hearing made a plea for restraining Shoaib Akhtar from selling his non-transferable properties until the decision on the damages claim finalized. It may be recalled that Dr. Nasim Ashraf through his lawyer had filed damages claim of Rs.220 million against Shoaib Akhtar.
