Britains number one tennis player Andy urray has taken up Bikram Yoga in order to keep his cool at next eeks Australian Open.
London , Jan.9 : Britain's number one tennis player Andy urray has taken up Bikram Yoga in order to keep his cool at next eek's Australian Open.
Bikram Yoga involves hours of body-bending exercises in a heated oom.
Murray, who won last week's Qatar Open, was quoted by The Sun as aying that: "You expect it to get hot here but I've been doing oga in 42-degree heat, so hopefully, I'll be used to it.
"It's a great way of getting used to the heat and also improving our flexibility. You're in a room with no windows, trying to old postures and stay balanced and concentrated all the time. t's really tough," he said.
