Karachi, Feb.6 : The Australian cricket team's tour of Pakistan is expected to be restricted to four venues for security reasons.
Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Faisalabad have been selected as the venues of the April-May tour.
Australia are scheduled to play three tests, five one-day internationals and twenty20 match on their first tour of Pakistan in a decade.
Cricket Australia has said that it will take a final decision on touring Pakistan after the February 18 general elections in Pakistan.
