According to The Sun, Cheryl is expected to reveal her decision about whether to go ahead or not to go ahead with the marriage.
Tuesday's meeting will provide Ashley a last chance to beg for forgiveness for his love rat ways.
A friend close to Cheryl said: "She feels she needs to give him a final hearing. But she knows deep down that there's nothing more he can say. He is guilty as sin and there is no excuse."
"Cheryl is ready to listen to him, but on her terms. She has a clear head now after the initial upset," the friend added.
On the other hand, a cocky Ashley has confided to his mates that he can win her back.
Cheryl's smiles are a big turnaround from the situation just a few weeks ago.
She stopped eating after The Sun revealed the England footballer cheated on her with hairdresser Aimee Walton and a couple of other women.
She then flew off to Thailand from her Surrey home with a couple of friends to thin things over, and has now decided to take part in Wednesday's Brit Awards.
