Famous cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle was on Monday appointed as advisor of Mumbai Indians, Mumbais team of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Mumbai, Apr 7 : Famous cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle was on Monday appointed as advisor of Mumbai Indians, Mumbai's team of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

"We are going to take great care to see that everyone integrates together because people are coming from different places. We have got a lot of youngsters from Maharashtra as well, from Mumbai itself," said Bhogle

"We'll find the result when we get that. I don't think it'll be a major problem because luckily the kind of players we have got especially senior players are all fantastic team players," he added.

Mumbai India's coach Lalchand Rajput had assured that the seniors' experience combined with the youngsters' hard work would help the team in winning.

"The very important aspect is the number of youngsters you have with the seniors gelling in together because you see in our team we have got youngsters who have really done well at the domestic level," said Rajput, adding, "Basically we have match winners like Sachin, Sanath Jayasuriya, Shawn Pollock who are really senior cricketers."

The most expensive team in IPL will be featuring Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar as its captain.

Mukhesh Ambani's Reliance retail spent 111.9 million dollars to get the franchise for the Mumbai team.

Sanath Jayasuriya, Lasith Malinga, Dilhara Fernando, Pollock, Loots Bosman, Harbhajan Singh, Robin Uthappa make this team a well balanced one with a combination of youth and experience.

During the IPL Twenty20 matches, 59 matches will be played in 44 days starting April 18.
