Former England football captain David Beckham is getting inclined towards art dealing business.
Washington, May 21 : Former England football captain David Beckham is getting inclined towards art dealing business.
Painter Sacha Jafri says that he has been sharing his experience in the field of modern art with Beckham, so as to make him tough enough to stand the cut-throat business.
"He's taking it really seriously and he hopes to amass a valuable private collection," Contactmusic quoted Jafri, who is a close friend of the Los Angeles-bound soccer star, as saying.
Beckham has always been passionate about speaking of his penchant of art, and had recently said that he would have been an artist if he had failed to make a career in sports.
"If I hadn't been a footballer, I could have been an artist. Perhaps I still will be," he said.
