London, Aug. 16 : Former England soccer captain David Beckham has scored his first goal for Los Angeles Galaxy.
The England midfielder curled a trademark free kick into the DC United goal after 28 minutes of play in Wednesday's SuperLiga semi-final contest, the Daily Express reported.
Becks was making his third appearance for Galaxy after joining them from Real Madrid, but was handed the captain's armband in his first start.
The winner of Wednesday's semi-final will face Mexican side CF Pachuca in the SuperLiga final on August 29.
