Avaya National Service Center Inauguration on 5th May 2014

A new and fully dedicated Avaya National Service Center has been set up in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The state-of-the-art National Service Center is being inaugurated by Avaya’s Managing Director, Mr. Priyadarshi Mohapatra on 5th May 2014. Commenting on the development, Mr. Mohapatra said, “The speed and efficiency demonstrated by Enkay in building the Avaya dedicated National Service Center is indeed commendable. The Avaya National Service Center (ANSC) will provide remote maintenance services and expert diagnostic services for the full range of Avaya solutions including Unified Communications, Contact Center, Video Collaboration and Networking solutions. The ANSC is equipped to provide upto Tier-3 support to the large number of Avaya customers across the country.  The ANSC will extend services to customers through 120+ trained and certified engineers located across all major cities including Pune, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai.
