Aspect Software Announces its Second Edition of ACE Event in India

Aspect Software, a leading provider of fully-integrated customer interaction management, workforce optimization and back-office and award-winning cloud solutions, unveiled details of its second edition of the Aspect Customer Experience (ACE, India) event, slated to be held in Goa from 12th to 14th March 2014.

With an expected presence of over 100 customers from India and Middle East, highlights of the conference include a key note address by Stew Bloom, Global CEO, Aspect Software and a special session by Amish Tripathi, renowned banker turned author of Shiva trilogy. The conference is expected to witness interesting deliberations on the influx of trends such as cloud, mobility and social media as well as global best practices in customer engagement and back office management from Aspect experts such as Bryan Sheppeck, Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales, Jagannath Narendran Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific and Middle East Aspect and Sanjay Gupta, Managing Director, SAARC and Middle East.  The event will also include a panel discussion on ‘Customer Experience Going the Digital Way- Opportunities & Challenges’, which will be represented by CXOs of reputed Indian and Middle Eastern enterprises.
