Josef Fritzl gets 4100 pounds payout in copyright case

April 4, 2012 - London

Josef Fritzl has been awarded 4,100 pounds by an Austrian court after a cafe served Fritzl Schnitzels during his trial.

He was being tried for murder, rape, slavery, false imprisonment, abuse and incest after it had emerged that he had held his own daughter captive for years and fathered seven children with her.

Chef Josef Otzelberger was told the dish served in St Poelten was a breach of Fritzl's copyright, the Daily Star reported.

"I never thought that it would come to this," he said.
