Duchess of Cambridge makes first public appearance since pregnancy revealed

Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, who is pregnant, has made her first public appearance on Sunday night since her hospitalization for acute morning sickness. The Duchess of Cambridge presented awards at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year prizes. The event was broadcast throughout Britain. At the conclusion of the ceremony, she presented the lifetime achievement award to Sebastian Coe, the newly elected chairman of the British Olympic Association.

Kate Middleton look comfortable in her first public engagement since her pregnancy was announced this month. She wore a dark green floor-length dress and has showed no signs of the acute morning sickness. She had not been seen in public since she left the King Edward VII Hospital in London on December 6. According to the palace officials, Kate Middleton is suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, severe morning sickness.

The Duchess of Cambridge is in the first 12 weeks of her pregnancy.
