Pakistani court releases suicide bomber on bail

A court has granted bail to a teenage suicide bomber saying all the charges slapped by the police on him were bailable offences.

The magistrate granted bail to Shah Rukh, as police registered a case of possessing illicit weapons and posing himself as a solider of Pakistan Army, The Daily Times reports.

The court directed Shah Rukh to deposit 30, 000 rupees as surety bonds. Shah Rukh, a 14-year old boy, was presented before media after he was arrested wearing the uniform of a soldier of Special Services Group (SSG) and carrying two pen pistols.

Police said the boy also possessed 39, 000 rupees at the time of his arrest.
