Nepal capital Kathmandu to host 4th National Tourism Fair

The fourth National Tourism Fair will be held here from June 10 to attract more tourists and tourism business entities to Nepal.

According to a Xinhua news agency report, participants from 62 districts and various tourism related organizations will take part in the three-day fair.

It quoted Lila Bahadur Baniya, a manager with the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), as saying that the fair would have around 100 stalls of various tourism-related organizations from across the country.

Baniya also said that documentaries and booklets on new tourism destinations and well-established ones would be showcased.

Around ten tour companies will also participate in this year's fair.

Baniya said: "During the fair, we will offer a training program and workshop to participants from the different districts on developing tour package."
