Like the original AltaBlue TT melter, the AltaBlue TT 10-liter melter with dual stream pumps can process a wide range of materials in demanding applications with a high level of control. The addition of dual stream pumps delivers a number of benefits for nonwoven and product assembly applications that require duplicate, concurrent metered streams, including better resolution at all pump speeds for processes requiring control of small bead sizes. AltaBlue TT melters also enable a broadened product offering for better application range coverage.
AltaBlue TT melters with dual stream pumps deliver a wide variety of hot melt adhesives with a high degree of precision. In addition, they feature variable speed AC motors and key-to-line capability - all in a compact design.
A choice of three different displacement dual stream pumps satisfies a wide range of manufacturing requirements. A tubular Teflon(R)-coated tank eliminates dead corners and minimizes adhesive degradation. The versatile, full-feature control panel offers a choice of programming methods, using either the keypad or arrow keys, and intuitively displays system status.
