A speechwriter for the French foreign minister has used his creativity and talent to create a lust-filled, controversial guide to Paris women.

London, May 6 : A speechwriter for the French foreign minister has used his creativity and talent to create a lust-filled, controversial guide to Paris' women.

Pierre-Louis Colin has written a new tourist guide, Guide des jolies femmes de Paris, which lists the best places to ogle gorgeous women in the city.

"Just as every region has its gastronomy, every quartier has its feminine speciality," writes Colin, 34, who co-wrote the foreign minister Bernard Kouchner's most recent book.

He adds that the "playful, gallant" contemplation of women is a vital part of his country's greatness, and an essential counter to US political correctness.

In his 190-page guide, released last month, Colin has singled out bars, parks, metro trains and times of day to observe les parisiennes, reports the Telegraph.

"You do not find in Menilmontant the sublime legs you see at the Madeleine. But you do find perfectly shameless cleavages," he writes.

He also records that "trendy youth", can be found on the pedestrian Rue Montorgueil, while those seeking "saucy maturity" are best to creep around in lingerie stores.

However, he says that any visitor pushed for time should go directly to the 6th arrondissement, with its "dazzling range" of female talent from the Luxembourg gardens to the Boulevard Saint-Germain.
