The Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist (CPN-M) youth wing Young Communists League (YCL) on Tuesday demanded formation of a separate ministry to put forward the youths tribulations.

Kathmandu, May 6 : The Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist (CPN-M) youth wing Young Communists League (YCL) on Tuesday demanded formation of a separate ministry to put forward the youth's tribulations.

According to Kantipur, the YCL will run nationwide programmes for one month to motivate its cadres in the development sectors after the formation of new Maoist-led government, the Maoist youth front said.

The YCL forwarded its proposal and future strategies at its center committee meeting, which was concluded on Monday.

The YCL chairman Ganesh Man Pun said the YCL is scheduled to call a press conference today at Maoist headquarters at Buddhanagar to publicise its decision.
