Pakistan Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani has offered to talk to militants willing to renounce violence and be a part of the democratic process in Pakistan.

Islamabad, May 3 : Pakistan Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani has offered to talk to militants willing to renounce violence and be a part of the democratic process in Pakistan.

Addressing the Balochistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Quette on Friday, Gilani said terrorism is a serious threat to peace, security and stability of Pakistan.

"I appeal to all extremists to renounce violence and be a part of the democratic process," he added.

He reiterated the Pakistan People's Party's (PPP) commitment to the resolution of Balochistan's issues, the Daily Times reported.
