Kuala Lumpur, May 2 : This sure is a classic example of twist of fate. Pals Khoo Ching Leong and Tey Swee Seng, were born on the same day, and 19 years later died together.
19-year-old Leong was returning home after supper with some friends at Bukit Bakri when his motorcycle crashed head-on with Swee Seng's motorcycle along Jalan Bakri at about 1.45am on May 1.
The two friends who shared the same date of birth in June 1989 suffered head injuries, reports the Star Online.
They were rushed to the Sultanah Fatimah Specialist Hospital by some passing motorists but died upon arrival.
One of their friends said both Khoo and Tey were good friends as they shared the same birthday and he was shocked that the two could collide with one another.
