Mr. Wesson has more than 22 years of experience developing and deploying technology and process strategies, with a focus on leading change initiatives and driving valuable process improvements for real estate companies. Prior to joining RealFoundations, Mr. Wesson served for 11 years on the executive management team of AIMCO, as Chief Information Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Much of Mr. Wesson's career has been in the Real Estate sector, having served in leadership roles previously at Lincoln Property Company prior to his tenure at AIMCO. For the last 18 years, Wesson has implemented numerous Financial, Human Resource, Performance Management, Customer Relationship Management, and On-site systems both in the United States and abroad. Equally important, Mr. Wesson designed the underlying business process changes to make these technologies impactful to the business.
