London, May 1 : Fiona MacKeown, mother of British teenage girl Scarlett Keeling who was raped and murdered in Goa, has said that the authorities in the state have failed to hand over her daughter's missing organs.
MacKeown said that she was expecting that the Goa Medical College and Hospital would present her with the uterus, kidneys and stomach after they were removed without her permission during a post-mortem.
"It is buck passing, there is no paperwork," The Sun quoted MacKeown, as saying.
She went on to say that today was her only opportunity to collect her daughter's organs before beginning her journey to the UK.
