Former Nepal Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that it is high time the top leaders of seven parties met to end the ongoing inter-party clashes in the run up to the Constituent Assembly elections.

Kathmandu, Mar. 24 : Former Nepal Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that it is high time the top leaders of seven parties met to end the ongoing inter-party clashes in the run up to the Constituent Assembly elections.

Deuba said that any delay in reaching such an understanding would hurt the credibility of the parties.

"People are shocked to see the clashes among the workers of seven parties themselves," he said.

NepalNews quoted Deuba as saying that it is the duty of the leaders of seven parties to immediately arrest the inter-party clashes and create conducive environment for free and fair polls.
