Mia delivered her pups four weeks ago.
But then owner Joanne Wilson was asked for help by Lisa Wilkinson, who lost the collies' mum Belle after she gave birth.
"Kia gave them a sniff and a lick and now they're just part of her family," The Sun quoted Joanne, as saying.
Lisa said: "It's as if they are her own."
