A Pakistani special court hasserved a last warning to five accused in the Benazir Bhutto murder case to appear before the court before April 21.
Rawalpindi, Mar 18 : A Pakistani special court hasserved a last warning to five accused in the Benazir Bhutto murder case to appear before the court before April 21.
The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) said if accused Baitullah Mehsud, Abdullah, Ibadur Rehman, Ikramullah and Faiz Muhammed would failed comply with the notice, they would be declared absconders by the court.
The court has also extended the judicial remand of the other five arrested accused till April 21.
Five accused in the case Rifaqat, Hasnain, Aitezaz Shah, Sher Zaman and Abdur Rashid were produced before the special ATC-1 here on Tuesday.
The accused could not be charged and were shifted to the Adiala Jail.
The next hearing of the case would be conducted on April 21.
