The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Vice-Chairman and one of the prime ministerial candidate of the party, Makhdoom Amin Fahim sent his resignation from Pakistan Senate (PS) to party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari on Sunday.
Islamabad, Mar 16 : The Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Vice-Chairman and one of the prime ministerial candidate of the party, Makhdoom Amin Fahim sent his resignation from Pakistan Senate (PS) to party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari on Sunday.
Fahim, however, will keep his seat National Assembly seat.
Fahim further said it is nothing but a rumour that he is no more running for the premiership, adding he is still the candidate for the top position of the country.
'I am not attempting any division in the party,' he added.
