Britons feel younger as they age, says a new poll which found that people over 50 feel more than 12 years younger than their true age.

London, Mar 10 : Britons feel younger as they age, says a new poll which found that people over 50 feel more than 12 years younger than their true age.

However, over-40s only feel six years younger, the poll of 1,250 Britons aged 40 to 78 revealed.

Nearly half of men quizzed thought hobbies kept them young, while around a third put it down to their partner, reports The Sun.

In case of women, friends, diet and pets made them feel youthful.

Many of the Brits said that the internet took years off them mentally - while others cited playing their Xbox and clubbing.

Sex was also a popular way of keeping young.

One man even admitted seducing older women to feel youthful.
