Islamabad, Mar.1 : A Levies official and a suicide bomber were killed and 20 injured in a suicide attack at the convoy of Bajaur Levies on Saturday, The News reports.
The paper quoted the asssistant political agent of the Bajaur Agency, Iqbal Khatak, as saying that a convoy of Bajaur Levies that comprised of two cars was traveling to the Tourmandy check post from Khar when the suicide bomber rammed his car into the convoy from the opposite lane at Hajilong area.
The ten injured have been admitted to a hospital in Khar, the headquarters of the Bajaur Agency .
A subedar has been shifted to Peshawar as he was in critical condition.
The head of the attacker has been found at the scene and investigations have been started, the paper reported.
