Kathmandu, June 30 : The Nepal Petroleum Dealers Association (NPDA) has decided to resume sales and distribution of petroleum products across the country after calling off its strike.
According to Nepalnews, the association has withdrawn the strike despite having several rounds of talks with the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC).
Association president Shiva Prasad Ghimire said they decided to withdraw the strike, for some time, since the lack of fuel was hitting agriculture, transport and other essential services,
The association had stopped selling and distributing petroleum products for the last seven days, demanding the smooth supply of petroleum products and equal pricing of kerosene and diesel.
