Pakistan Supreme Court (SC) will hear the case challenging the disqualification of Nawaz Sharif from Monday.
Islamabad, July 13 : Pakistan Supreme Court (SC) will hear the case challenging the disqualification of Nawaz Sharif from Monday.
Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar will early next week announce the constitution of three benches for the hearing of several cases.
The first Bench comprises of CJ Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar and Justice Muhammad Qaim Jan Khan, while the second Bench of Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokhar and Justice M. Javed Buttar and the third of Justice Musa K Leghari, Justice Muhammad Akhtar Shabbir and Justice Muhammad Farrukh Mahmud.
CJ headed Bench will hear the suo moto case relating to converting death sentences into life imprisonments, Hajj quota for the private Hajj operators and such other important cases, while the three-member Bench headed by Justice Musa K Leghari will hear the case challenging the disqualification of Nawaz Sharif on Monday.
According to SC, any faxed petition praying for adjournment of the hearing of cases could not be presented before the Court.
