Lindsay Lohan has been slapped with a lawsuit by the woman she chased in a car while driving under the influence last year.

Washington, Jan 9 : Lindsay Lohan has been slapped with a lawsuit by the woman she chased in a car while driving under the influence last year.

And, Tracie Rice has also detailed the amount of money Lohan owes her.

Rice claims she's spent 3,500 dollars in therapist fees, 400 dollars on a medical doctor, 145 dollars on a chiropractor, 150 dollars on medicine and 2,000 dollars in miscellaneous expenses to overcome the trauma.

According to TMZ.com., she also claimed to have lost her job, with a salary between 60,000 dollars and 75,000 dollars.

Rice is suing the 21-year-old actress for intentional infliction of emotional distress and seeking unspecified damages, reports Contactmusic.

Lohan was arrested in Santa Monica, California on 24 July (07) after police were reportedly alerted to the fact the frantic actress was chasing a car through the streets.
