The Caretaker Chief Minister of Sindh Justice (Rtd) Abdul Qadir Halepota said today that the democratic process in the country would be completed with the general elections.

Karachi, Feb 18 : The Caretaker Chief Minister of Sindh Justice (Rtd) Abdul Qadir Halepota said today that the democratic process in the country would be completed with the general elections.

He was talking to the media after he cast his vote at St. Peters High School polling station in Old Clifton area of Karachi.

He also appealed to the political parties of the country to cooperate with the Government in maintaining peace and ensuring transparent and fair elections.

Polling for the 2008 general elections in Pakistan began today amidst tight security.
