A 17-year-old Indian fisherman who wandered into Pakistans territorial waters last year will be freed tomorrow on humanitarian grounds owing to his poor health conditions.

Karachi, Apr 29 : A 17-year-old Indian fisherman who wandered into Pakistan's territorial waters last year will be freed tomorrow on humanitarian grounds owing to his poor health conditions.

Narinder Uttam, the young fisherman, was arrested for trespassing into Pakistan's coastal waters more than a year back, will be leaving for Mumbai on Wednesday by PK-274, reported the Dawn.

Co-chairman of the Women and Juvenile Prisoners Welfare Committee, Central Prison Kara-chi, Nasir Aslam Zahid said that Narinder was released on humanitarian grounds because he hadn't been keeping well.

Narinder is one of the 35 Indian prisoners languishing in the Juvenile Prison after being caught, along with 465 adults, while fishing illegally in Pakistani waters.
