At least two Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) activists ere killed and two others injured when unidentified gunmen fired shots in the andhi area on Saturday night.

Karachi, Apr 20 : At least two Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) activists ere killed and two others injured when unidentified gunmen fired shots in the andhi area on Saturday night.

MQM spoksman Abdul Quddus said that those killed and injured in the firing ncident belonged to the MQM.

Condemning the killings, MQM leader and Member of National Assembly, Farooq attar, asked his party workers to maintain peace.

He also urged President Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Syed Yousuf aza Gillani to look into the "planned conspiracy" against the party, the Dawn eported.
