Saudi Arabian Prince and Riyadh Governor, Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, will visit India in February next year.

Riyadh, Apr 20 : Saudi Arabian Prince and Riyadh Governor, Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, will visit India in February next year.

During his meeting with the visiting External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee at his grand Al Huqum palace, the Prince said that the freedom movement of India had inspired him and talked about the role of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru in the freedom struggle.

The prince, who is also a part of the powerful committee of the royal family affairs also said that India silk route was known to the world much before the discovery of Islam.

Another reason for his love for India could be his Indian teacher. The Prince revealed that he is taught and groomed by an Indian mentor.

Prince Abdul Aziz who is the Governor of Riyadh since 1956 is also a big admirer of India's entrepreneurship, as he says that a lot of businessman and traders go to India.

He further said that one could go to India even if he or she is "not having anything in hand."
