12 Indian fishermen abducted by Pakistan: Gujarat Fishermen Association

At least a dozen Indian fishermen have been abducted by the Pakistan Marine Security Agency from the Gulf of Kutch in Gujarat, claims Gujarat Fishermen Association.

Rajkot, Apr 20 : At least a dozen Indian fishermen have been abducted by the Pakistan Marine Security Agency from the Gulf of Kutch in Gujarat, claims Gujarat Fishermen Association.

All these 12 abducted fishermen hailed from the coastal areas of Saurashtra. They were abducted along with their two fishing boats while fishing in Indian waters.

The association has intimated the Indian Coast Guards (ICG) about the incident.

According to official sources, at present 480 Indian fishermen along with their 363 boats are in Pakistan's custody.
