Dubai, April 19 : Pakistan's missing Ambassador to Afghanistan, Tariq Azizuddin, appeared on the Al Arabiya Television network on Saturday, and said that he was being held by Taliban militants.

Ambassador Azizuddin, who went missing while driving back to Kabul from Peshawar in February this year, urged his government to meet the Taliban's demands.

He appeared on video surrounded by armed militants, and confirmed that he was suffering from health problems.
